Refund policy for Athlete Assessment Program.

Registration Fee and Credit

When a parent registers their child for an athlete assessment event, a registration fee is applicable.

If the child is unable to attend the scheduled event due to illness, injury, or any other reason, Sportskey will provide the parent with a credit for the amount paid.

This credit can be used to register the child for a future athlete assessment event within 18 months from the date of the initially booked event.

Cancellation and Notice

To be eligible for the credit, the parent must provide Sportskey with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled event if the child is unable to attend.

If the notice is provided within the 24-hour window or if the child fails to attend the event without prior notice, the credit will not be issued.

Credit Redemption

The credit can only be used for athlete assessment events within the Sportskey program.

It cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other purpose outside of the athlete assessment program.

Expiry of Credit

The credit is valid for 18 months from the date of the initially booked event.

If not utilised within this timeframe, the credit will expire, and no refund or extension will be provided.

Event Changes and Refunds

Sportskey reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, parents will have the option to either transfer their registration to the new event date or request a full refund of the registration fee.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Sportskey. It is the responsibility of parents to review and adhere to the current policy before registering for any athlete assessment event.
